My passion is helping people to live a healthy happy life by achieving and maintaining their physical and mental health.  I believe in the mind body connection and how dis-ease in the body can lead to illness.  

I can offer therapies including Reflexology, Body Massage , Hopi ear candling, Thai foot massage, Emotional freedom technique, Wellbeing coaching, Relaxation sessions meditation and yoga.

I do these as part of a wellbeing session which can be held in a workplace or at your own home as a wellbeing night an alternative to the usual get together's that involve alcohol.

Coaching is present and future-orientated with the focus on challenge, solution and action.  The coaching process is a non-directive activity were the coach facilitates the client’s self-discovery.

I have used holistic therapies to help myself through difficult times when dealing with depression and anxiety. By using hands on therapy in combination with relaxation techniques my mission is helping others live a happier healthy life and achieve their life goals. 

 

I also run classes for children which includes yoga and relax kids classes which include 7 steps of movement, games, stretching, breathing techniques, peer massage, affirmations, visualisation and meditation.  These are booked in blocks of six sessions.   I also offer these sessions as a birthday party or for any get together with children.
